Revisions
Each project will have a specified number of revisions after initial designs. Additional rounds of revisions come at an extra cost and may alter the project timeline.
Rush Jobs
Any rushed job will have an additional rush fee.
Cancelled Projects
In the event of project cancellation, a project will be invoiced based on the work completed, any project expenses and taxes. After the invoice is paid, the designer retains all rights and ownership to the unused designs.
Copyright
The client receives all rights and ownership to final designs once the final invoice is paid. The designer can display all work in their portfolio and use to promote their business.
Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide the designer with everything needed to start and complete the project and provide reasonably prompt responses to any questions, reviews, approvals and requests. The designer is not responsible for a missed deadline if the client has been late in supplying content, assets, materials or has not reviewed and approved the work on-time. The designer is not responsible for any errors after the client has reviewed and approved the project. The designer is not responsible for any vendor errors.
Code of Fair Practice & Liability
To the best of the designer’s knowledge the work they create and anything provided by the client for inclusion in the project are elements they own themselves, created themselves or they have permission to use them. The client agrees that they will hold the designer harmless for all liability caused by the client’s use of the designer’s product. In all circumstances, the designer’s maximum liability to client for damages shall be limited to designer’s net profit.
